I’ve been feeling uninspired lately.
I met a new friend at Fusion for lunch this week but didn’t bother to take the leftovers. It needs a second shot.
Our weekday meals have been consisting of spaghetti, stir-fry, Southern vegetables and BTLs – eat and repeat. Does anyone have a recipe suggestion?
In the meantime, I’m daydreaming about our honeymoon where we had the best food in Greece and Italy.
A girl can dream.

Salmon
spread mayo over in casserole dish
sprinkle with garlic powder (don’t be shy, you want to be able to taste it)
sprinkle with onion powder (don’t be shy, you want to be able to taste it)
Again, sprinkle with paprika
Bake 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
This is mine and Win’s FAVORITE dish. We do it once a week at his request.

Posted by Gidget Eats | July 29, 2011, 7:43 amLately, it’s been rainy and gross here, so we’ve made tons of chicken and andouille gumbo. It’s even better as leftovers.
Posted by Angela | July 28, 2011, 1:53 pmThe weather forecast includes rain for the next ten days! Gumbo is a great idea and I have a big bag of fresh okra someone bestowed upon me.
