Perfect Iced Coffee: The Pioneer Woman
The South has stayed as 90 degree heat or higher for more days than I care to count. I adore an iced coffee but will eventually live on the street if I keep paying $4 a drink. This weekend I start concocting my own.

Double ha! Everyone needs to view this video at least once and it’s Friday (Friday, Friday, Friday…).

Hey Gidget! I want to personally thank you for posting the links to the most delicious iced coffee ever. I am an unabashed coffee fan, but could never quite figure out how to get my iced coffee just right. I made Pioneer Woman’s recipe (luckily using “free” Cafe Bustelo coffee a friend gave me because her hubby bought the “wrong” brand) and I can’t quit drinking it. So good.
Posted by Alli B | June 20, 2011, 1:53 pmYou are very welcome! I totally feel you and hadn’t been able to perfect a good iced coffee that didn’t include spending $4 at Starbucks. Trying this recipe was my weekend project and I too am now addicted. It’s so darn easy, affordable and perfect on a sweltering Southern day. Cheers!
